Quick answers

Narration will not play
Check the chapter is open in the reader and press ▶ Listen on a passage. Recorded narration plays instantly; newly generated narration can take a moment the first time.
I paid but the module is locked
Payments confirm within a minute. If it is still locked, raise a request with the payment reference and we will unlock it.
I cannot sign in
Use the same method you signed up with. If you used Google, use Google again — a password will not exist for that account.
Something in a chapter looks wrong
Tell us the chapter name and what is wrong. Content corrections go to the curriculum team and we reply when it is fixed.
