Try before you pay

Every board and subject with content offers free sample chapters, and the World Heritage library is free forever, so you can evaluate Lipi fully before paying anything.

Our promise instead of refunds

• If something in a paid module is broken, missing or wrong, write to us within 7 days of noticing it. We will fix it within 7 days of your report and add one month of that module free for the trouble.
• Because the free samples let you try every module first, purchases are otherwise non-refundable.
• If a technical fault on our side prevents access to what you paid for and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the affected period to the original payment method (through Razorpay for India purchases or Stripe internationally), typically within 5-10 working days of approval depending on the bank.
• Purchases made inside the mobile apps follow the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play; those refunds are decided by the stores, not by Lipi.

Cancellation

Each paid module renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel before the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Cancelling does not remove free Heritage or Script Writing access.

How to report an issue

Email care@lipi.study from your account email with the payment reference shown on your billing page and what went wrong. The 7-day fix clock starts when we receive it.
