सत्य की महिमा Satya ki Mahima

सत्य बोलना एक कला है। जो हम आँखों से देखते हैं या कानों से सुनते हैं, उसे बिना नमक-मिर्च मिलाए, जैसा है वैसा बताना ही सत्य है।

Truth is a simple and sincere word. To state what we have seen, heard and thought exactly as it happened, without exaggeration, is truth. Truth is the reflection of our vision, the copy of our knowledge, and the voice of our soul.

एक झूठ बोलने पर उसे छिपाने के लिए हज़ारों झूठ बोलने पड़ते हैं। झूठ बोलना एक बुरी आदत है।

Lying seems easy but one lie requires thousands more to conceal it. Living with lies breeds constant fear. The scriptures say: Speak truth, speak kindly, but do not speak harsh truth that hurts others.

हरिश्चंद्र और दशरथ ने सत्य के लिए बड़ी-बड़ी कठिनाइयाँ सहीं। महात्मा गांधी ने कहा - सत्य एक विशाल वृक्ष है।

History shows many great people who upheld truth. Harischandra lost his kingdom and family for truth. Dasharatha sent his beloved son Rama to the forest to keep his promise. Gandhi said: 'Truth is a great tree; the more you nourish it, the more it grows and bears fruit.' Gandhi used Satyagraha to win India's independence.

सत्यमेव जयते - सत्य की हमेशा जीत होती है। सत्य बोलने से हम खुश रहते हैं। हर स्थिति में सत्य बोलने का अभ्यास करना चाहिए।

'Satyameva Jayate' - Truth alone triumphs - is India's national motto. The poet John Mansfield said that truth is a spark; wherever it falls, it ignites. Those who speak truth remain calm and happy. We should practice speaking truth in all situations.
