Lipi (lipi.study) is operated by 1EOR Global. We keep data collection to a minimum. This policy explains what we store and why.

What we collect

Account: when you sign in with Google we store your email, name, and a Google identifier - only to identify your account.
Billing: paid subscriptions are processed by a secure third-party payment gateway. We store a customer reference and subscription status. We never see or store your card details.
Your handwriting strokes stay on your device - tracing is scored locally in your browser and is not uploaded.

Children's privacy

Lipi is designed to be safe for children to practise on. We do not require a child to create an account to use the free letter and word practice, we do not show third-party advertising, and handwriting strokes are processed locally on the device. Where an account is used, we recommend it is set up and managed by a parent or guardian.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't show third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies.

Third parties

Google - sign-in (OAuth).
Secure payment gateway - to process payments.
Google Fonts - script typefaces for the tracing models.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
