दुनिया में पहला मकान Duniya Mein Pehla Makaan

पूर्वोत्तर भारत में सिंगफो आदिवासियों की कहानी - आदमी गुफाओं में रहता था।

Setting: Singfo tribal legend from northeast India. Humans lived in caves and under trees. Two friends, Kindrulalim and Kincha Lalidaam, decided to build a house. Not knowing how, they set off into the jungle to ask animals.

हाथी ने बताया - मोटे गोले जितने उसके पैर उतने काटो। आगे की बात नहीं जानता।

Elephant: Cut thick round logs as stout as my feet (for pillars). But doesn't know what comes next.

साँप ने बताया - पतली और लंबी लकड़ियाँ जैसा मैं हूँ। आगे की बात नहीं जानता।

Snake: Cut thin long wood like my body (for beams and rafters). But doesn't know what comes next.

भैंस के पंजर ने दिखाया - चार मोटे खंभे, उन पर पतली लकड़ियों का छप्पर का ढाँचा।

Buffalo: Her bull had died and only the skeleton remained. She showed them the skeleton: plant four thick logs in the ground like the four legs, then put thin long wood across like the ribs to make the roof frame. But doesn't know what comes next.

मछली की पीठ की पट्टियाँ देखकर दोस्तों को छप्पर की छत का तरीका मिला।

Fish: showed them the scales on her back. 'Gather many leaves and arrange them on the roof frame the same way my scales are on my back.' - and the house was complete.

दोनों दोस्तों को पूरा तरीका मिल गया। लौटकर मकान बना लिया - दुनिया का पहला मकान।

After hearing the fish, both friends had complete knowledge. They returned from the jungle and built a house - the world's first house built by human hands. Lesson: From time immemorial, humans have been learning from animals and nature.
