This mock exam lasts 1 hour 15 minutes and carries 50 marks. Three tasks: translation into German (10), a text of about 90 words (15), a text of about 150 words (25). Plan your time: roughly 20, 25 and 30 minutes.

Translate this text into German: My town is quite small, but I like living here because the people are friendly. Last summer my family and I visited Austria, where we went hiking in the mountains. Task 3.1, Technology and society: the advantages and disadvantages of social media for young people; how technology will change your life in the future. Task 3.2, The environment in your area: which environmental problems exist in your area; what you and your school could do about them.
