भावार्थ: आज हर घर में काम से ही बरकत है, दुनिया का पूरा चक्कर (गति, कारोबार) काम से ही चलता है। जिन लोगों को अपने फ़र्ज़ (कर्तव्य) का एहसास होता है, वे अक्सर काम में ही दिल लगाते हैं।

Meaning: today, every home is blessed through work; the whole cycle of the world moves through work. Those who feel a sense of duty most often devote their heart to work.

भावार्थ: जो लोग डर कर काम से भाग जाते हैं, उनकी क़िस्मत में कामयाबी कहाँ लिखी है? चाहे खेत हो, स्कूल हो या फ़ैक्टरी - सबकी रौनक़ (चहल-पहल) पूरी तरह काम से ही है।

Meaning: those who run away from work out of fear - where is success written in their fate? Whether it is a field, a school, or a factory, all their vibrancy comes entirely from work.

भावार्थ: काहिली (आलस) तो जान लेने वाली बीमारी है, ज़िंदगी काम से ही बेहतर होती है। ज़िंदा रहने का सही तरीक़ा (सलीक़ा) यही है कि कोई भी एक पल के लिए भी काम से मुँह न मोड़े।

Meaning: laziness is a life-taking sickness; life becomes better through work. The proper way to truly live is this - no one should turn away from work even for a moment.

भावार्थ: बैठे-बैठे बातें बनाना तो आसान है, मगर इंसान का असली जौहर (हुनर, काबिलियत) तो काम करने से ही खुलकर सामने आता है।

Meaning: sitting around making talk is easy, but a person's true worth and talent is only revealed through actual work.

भावार्थ: ज़माना (दुनिया) काम की ही क़दर करता है, हर ज़रूरतमंद इंसान काम से ही नाम पाता है। हाँ, दो घड़ी आराम भी करना चाहिए, मगर तभी जब काम से थोड़ी फ़राग़त (फ़ुर्सत) मयस्सर (हासिल) हो।

Meaning: the world values only work; every deserving person earns their name through work. One should indeed rest for a while - but only when a little leisure becomes available from one's work.
