Summary
भारत का राष्ट्रध्वज तिरंगा है, सफेद, केसरिया, हरा। हर रंग का विशेष अर्थ है।
Indias flag has white, saffron and green, each colour has meaning.
ऊपर केसरिया, त्याग, बल और साहस का प्रतीक; राष्ट्र की वीरता।
Saffron at top symbolises sacrifice, strength and courage.
बीच में सफेद, शांति, सत्य, पवित्रता; बीच में अशोक चक्र।
White middle stands for peace, truth and purity; Ashoka Chakra at centre.
नीचे हरा, प्रकृति, उपजाऊ भूमि और विकास; कृषि और समृद्धि।
Green at bottom symbolises nature, fertile land and growth.
अशोक चक्र 24 तीलों वाला, गति और प्रगति; धर्म चक्र की याद।
The 24-spoke Ashoka Chakra symbolises motion and progress.
ध्वजारोहण पर सब श्रद्धा से खड़े होकर राष्ट्रगान गाते और ध्वज को प्रणाम करते हैं।
At flag hoisting all stand respectfully, sing the anthem and salute.
ध्वज का सम्मान राष्ट्र का सम्मान है, ध्वज को न गिरने दें, न अपमान करें।
Honouring the flag honours the nation, never disrespect it.
