সকালে উঠেই রিয়া ফোনে বার্তা ও খবর দেখে।

My name is Riya, I am fifteen. Every morning, as soon as I wake up, I pick up my smartphone first and check messages, photos and notifications. We used to read newspapers, but now I get all the news on my phone. Technology is my companion from the start of the day.

সামাজিক মাধ্যমে রিয়া দূরের বন্ধুদের সঙ্গে যুক্ত থাকে।

Social media keeps me close to my friends. I can even talk on video call to those who live far away. We share photos, send study notes and learn new languages. It is hard to imagine my life without the internet.

বেশি ফোন দেখা পড়াশোনা ও মনের ক্ষতি করে।

But technology has a bad side too. Often I look at my phone for hours without reason, so I cannot concentrate on studies. Seeing others' beautiful lives on social media sometimes makes me feel small. There are also dangers of rumours and cyberbullying online.

রিয়া ফোন ও সময়ের মধ্যে ভারসাম্য রাখে।

So now I try to keep a balance. Before sleeping at night I keep the phone away and read a book. At the weekend I go out with my family, without my phone. I believe technology is a good servant but a bad master.

সচেতনভাবে ব্যবহার করলে প্রযুক্তি ভবিষ্যৎ উজ্জ্বল করে।

I think technology will make our future even brighter. Artificial intelligence and online education are helping students all over the world. But we must stay aware so that technology does not control us; rather, we control technology.
