বায়ুদূষণ, জলদূষণ আর গাছ কাটা বাড়ছে।

These days air pollution in our cities has greatly increased. Car smoke and factory gases are dirtying the air. Plastic and rubbish float in the river water. Many trees are being cut down, so birds and animals are losing their homes. This pollution is very harmful for our health too.

পৃথিবী গরম হচ্ছে, বন্যা ও খরা বাড়ছে।

The earth is gradually getting hotter - this is called climate change. Ice is melting and sea levels are rising. Sometimes there is too much rain, and sometimes drought appears. In low-lying countries like Bangladesh, flooding is a big danger. Scientists say that if we are not careful now, future generations will suffer.

কম প্লাস্টিক, বেশি গাছ, রিসাইকেল করুন।

Each of us can save the environment by doing small things. We should use cloth or paper bags instead of plastic. It is good to switch off unnecessary lights and water. We can cycle or walk to school, which reduces pollution. Rubbish needs to be separated and recycled. Planting more trees keeps the air clean.

স্কুল, সরকার আর সমাজ মিলে কাজ করুক।

Trying alone is not enough; everyone must work together. Every year our school holds a tree-planting festival. Students together clean the riverbank. The government has banned plastic bags. People are made aware through newspapers and television. In this way the whole society can protect the environment together.

যত্ন নিলে সবুজ পৃথিবী পাব।

I believe that if we take care from today, we will get a green and clean earth in days to come. Every child has the right to a healthy future. The environment is our mother; protecting it is our duty. Small steps will one day bring big change.
