ਮੇਰਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸਤ My Family and Friends

ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ, ਭੈਣ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਦੀ ਹਨ।

My family has me, my parents, a younger sister and my grandmother. We all live together. Dad works in an office and Mum manages the home and teaches part-time. Every night we eat together and share our day.

My sister's name is Simran, she is eight years old. She is very lively and always happy. We often argue about watching TV, but when she is upset I help her.

ਦਾਦੀ ਜੀ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਸੁਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਣਾ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਸਿਖਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

My grandmother lives with us and tells stories of old times every evening. From her I learn about our family history. She also cooks very well and has taught me Punjabi dishes.

ਮੇਰੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਅਰਜੁਨ ਹੈ।

My best friend is called Arjun. We have studied together since childhood and share almost everything. When I feel low, Arjun is always there for me. True friendship means accepting each other exactly as we are.

ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਹਨ।

In my opinion, family and friends are the most valuable things in life. I try to give my family time every day, because building good relationships needs both time and attention.
