सुंदर भारत

कवि कहते हैं कि भारत कितना सुंदर लगता है। उसके माथे पर हिमालय है और पैरों के पास सागर है। उसकी छाती पर नदियाँ हीरों के हार जैसी बहती हैं। ऊपर नीला आकाश एक बड़ी शांत चादर जैसा फैला है। यह सब देखकर मन खुश हो जाता है।

కవి ఆశ్చర్య సే కహతే హైం కి హమారా భారత్ కితనా సుందర్ లగతా హై. ఉసకే పవిత్ర్ మాథే పర్ హిమాలయ్ హై ఔర్ చరణోం పర్ సాగర్ కా ఆంచల్ ఫైలా హై. ఉసకీ ఛాతీ పర్ బడీ-బడీ నదియాం సఫేద్ హీరోం కే హార్ కీ తరహ్ చంచల్ హోకర్ బహతీ హైం. ఊపర్ మణియోం సే జడే నీలే ఆకాశ్ కీ విశాల్ ఔర్ శాంత్ చాదర్ తనీ హై. యహ్ సారా సుందర్ దృశ్య ఔర్ వైభవ్ మన్ కో మోహ్ లేతా హై.

The poet exclaims how lovely India looks. On her pure forehead sits the Himalaya, and the sea's edge lies at her feet. On her chest the great rivers flow, lively like necklaces of white diamonds. Above spreads the wide, calm sheet of the gem-studded blue sky. This whole grand scene charms the heart.

दूसरे पद में कवि भारत के बाग, घने जंगल और सुंदर घरों की बात करते हैं। बरसात के घने बादलों की शोभा बहुत अनोखी है। खेती का काम भी बहुत सुंदर और देखने लायक है। इन सबसे धरती पर स्वर्ग जैसी शोभा उतर आती है।

దూసరే పద్ మేం కవి భారత్ కే బాగ్-బగీచోం, ఘనే జంగలోం కీ కతారోం ఔర్ శోభా సే భరే సుఖ్-భవనోం కా చిత్ర్ ఖీంచతే హైం. వర్షా ఋతు కే గహరే, ఘనే బాదలోం కీ శోభా బిలకుల్ అనోఖీ హై. ఖేతీ కా కామ్ ఔర్ ఉసకా తరీకా భీ మనోహర్ ఔర్ దేఖనే లాయక్ హై. ఇన్ సబసే భారత్ స్వర్గ్ కీ శోభా కో ధరతీ పర్ ఉతార్ లాతా హై.

In the second stanza the poet paints India's gardens, rows of dense forests and homes full of beauty. The look of deep, dense monsoon clouds is quite unique. The work of farming and its way are lovely and worth seeing. All this brings the glory of heaven down to earth.

तीसरे पद में कवि कहते हैं कि स्वर्ग यहीं है और सुख का घर भी यहीं है। यहाँ के लोग स्वभाव से अच्छे और दुख से दूर हैं। पवित्र और अपने धर्म के अनुसार जीवन यहाँ बिना रुकावट चलता है। यहीं मन को मुक्ति का अनुभव भी होता है।

తీసరే పద్ మేం కవి కహతే హైం కి స్వర్గ్ యహీం హై ఔర్ సుఖ్ కా ఘర్ భీ యహీం హై. యహాం కే లోగోం కీ సహజ్ సజ్జనతా దుఖ్ సే దూర్ హై. పవిత్రతా ఔర్ అపనే ధర్మ్ కే అనుసార్ జీవన్ బినా రోక్-టోక్ యహీం చలతా హై. యహీం పర్ జన్మ్-మరణ్ కే చక్ర్ సే ముక్తి కా అనుభవ్ భీ హోనే లగతా హై.

In the third stanza the poet says heaven is right here and so is the home of happiness. The natural goodness of the people here is free from sorrow. Purity and a life lived by one's own duty go on here without hindrance. Right here one even begins to feel the freedom from the cycle of birth and death.

अंतिम पद में कवि भारत को सीधे पुकारते हैं। भारत पूजा और सम्मान के योग्य है, वह न्याय का साथी और निडर है। कवि अपने प्यार भरे हाथों से उसे सहारा देना चाहते हैं। कवि का सारा अपनापन भारत में समा जाता है।

అంతిమ్ పద్ మేం కవి సీధే భారత్ కో పుకారతే హైం. వహ్ పూజా ఔర్ అభినందన్ కే యోగ్య హై, న్యాయ్ కా సాథీ హై, నిర్భయ్ హై ఔర్ ఉసే కిసీ బంధన్ మేం నహీం బాంధా జా సకతా. కవి కే కోమల్ ప్రేమ్-భరే హాథ్ ఉసకా సహారా బననా చాహతే హైం. కవి కా సారా అపనాపన్ భారత్ మేం హీ సమా జాతా హై.

In the last stanza the poet calls India directly. She deserves worship and welcome, is a friend of justice, fearless, and cannot be bound. The poet's tender, loving hands wish to support her. All his sense of belonging merges into India.

इस काव्यांश में कवि मातृभूमि की सुंदरता बताता है। नीला आकाश उसका वस्त्र है और हरी धरती हरी चादर जैसी है। सूरज और चाँद दो मुकुट जैसे हैं। हरियाली मखमल जैसी नरम है और रात में चाँदनी अमृत जैसी लगती है। कवि छह ऋतुओं का क्रम भी अद्भुत बताता है।

అభ్యాస్ కే ఇస్ కావ్యాంశ్ మేం కవి మాతృభూమి కీ శోభా కా వర్ణన్ కరతా హై. నీలా ఆకాశ్ ఉసకా వస్త్ర్ హై ఔర్ హరీ ధరతీ హరే పట్ జైసీ హై. సూర్య ఔర్ చంద్రమా మానో ఉసకే దో ముకుట్ హైం, నదియాం ప్రేమ్ కీ ధారా హైం, పక్షీ ఉసకా గుణగాన్ కరనే వాలే హైం ఔర్ బాదల్ ఉసకా అభిషేక్ కరతే హైం. కవి ఛహ్ ఋతుఓం కే క్రమ్ కో అద్భుత్ బతాతా హై ఔర్ హరియాలీ కో మఖమల్ సే కమ్ నహీం మానతా. రాత్ మేం చంద్రమా అమృత్-సీ చాందనీ సీంచతా హై ఔర్ దిన్ మేం సూర్య అంధకార్ కా నాశ్ కరతా హై. ఇస్ భాగ్ కే ప్రశ్న్ ఆగే ఉత్తర్-ఖండ్ మేం హైం.

In this exercise verse the poet describes the glory of the motherland: the blue sky is her garment, the green earth a green cloth, the sun and moon are like two crowns, rivers are a flow of love, birds sing her praise and clouds bathe her in blessing. He calls the sequence of six seasons wonderful, the greenery no less than velvet, and the moonlight at night like nectar. By day the sun destroys the darkness.
