అమ్మే మనకు దైవం, ప్రేమ రూపం అని పాట చెబుతుంది.

Right at the start the poet says, 'Mother is God to us, mother is the very form of love' — there is no goddess like her anywhere on this earth. He lovingly describes how there is such sweetness in a mother's call, and how nectar itself seems to spill from the words she speaks.

అమ్మ తన రక్తాన్ని ధారపోసి, కథలు చెప్పి బువ్వ తినిపిస్తుంది.

The poet says that a mother raises us by pouring out her very own blood. She tells sweet stories to her hungry child while lovingly feeding him his food. This part shows a mother's love — how she lives for her child without a thought for her own comfort.

అమ్మ జోలపాట, లాలిపాట పాడి ఉయ్యాల ఊపి నిద్రపుచ్చుతుంది.

At the end, the poet says the mother sings a cradle-song as she rocks the cradle, and sings a lullaby to put her child to sleep. The poem reminds us that a mother's love lives in exactly these small, everyday acts.
