Summary
In a village in the region of La Mancha lived a minor nobleman named Alonso Quijano. He was an older man, thin, of modest means, who spent his nights and days reading novels of chivalry: stories of brave knights, enchanted castles and beautiful ladies.
Central idea
Like Don Quixote, every reader enters a book with their own eyes, but a classic teaches us to tell the windmill from the giant, without losing our admiration for the courage to dream. Don Quijote veía gigantes donde había molinos. Leer clásicos nos ayuda a pensar mejor y a soñar con cuidado.
